Hello there, and welcome!

I’m Tara Nadun, an Organisational Psychologist and vocal supporter of all things wobbly (in a good way). My mission? To help organisations embrace their inner pudding—flexible, resilient, and ready to bounce back from whatever the world throws their way. With nearly two decades of experience in bridging technology, human behaviour, and impact-driven strategy, I specialise in building organisations that don’t just survive but thrive.

What do I do?

I take a People x Process x Tools approach to align organisational structures, processes, and operations with a team’s mission. Whether it’s creating frameworks for startups, defining roles, streamlining communication, or setting up team rituals, I help organisations wobble into their best selves—steady, adaptable, and purpose-driven. Currently, I lead the Organisational Design and Operations function at Radical Data, where we’re shaking things up with sustainable practices and bold new ways of working.

Why do I do this?

Well, it’s simple: I believe in living a value-aligned life. For me, that means contributing to a fairer, more just world by using my skills to help organisations drive positive social impact. It’s a joy to bring order to the chaos, create systems that work, and empower teams to focus on what matters most—their mission.

What fuels me?

When I’m not wrestling with organisational challenges, I’m exploring other passions: practicing karate, dancing, meditating, or working on The Outspoken Native, a foundation my husband and I created to amplify underrepresented voices.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: business analyst, product owner, resource manager, and now organisational psychologist. My work has taken me across continents, from Europe to Australia and Asia, collaborating with teams of all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s guiding cross-cultural teams or designing systems for sustainable growth, my focus is always on crafting meaningful, human-centred solutions.
