Profile Summary
I am an Organisational Psychologist that enables companies to meet their strategic objectives by taking a People x Process x Tools approach to solve workforce problems. I lead initiatives that build organisational capacity by resolving existing issues that could hinder meeting company objectives, and through the recommendation of preventative measures to keep the company thriving. Currently I am working with Radical Data heading up their Organisational Design and Operations function.
