Through a structured, four-stage methodology, OCB helps unpack existing challenges, experiment with solutions, create a strategy, and embed long-lasting improvements.
Essentially we will be walking through the four stages described below. The arrows at the start of each stage indicate the degree to which external involvement (or my involvement) is necessary.
